If you’re a fan of Tron, side-scrolling racing games and don’t mind watching your bike flail uncontrollably with a center of gravity worse than Waldo then Rider is the game for you. This catchy side-scrolling racer is a great example of how a simple concept combined with visually appealing graphics can be made into a great game that keeps users hooked. It’s easy to learn but very difficult to master and although it is more saturated with ads than a NFL broadcast it is entirely free to play.
Tekken has officially arrived on the mobile gaming scene! Whether you are a diehard fan of the franchise or lived your entire life under a rock this is a game worth checking out.
If you enjoy throwing knives at fruit, cheese and other inanimate objects then you have come to the right place. No E.R. trips required.
What’s the best part of baseball? Hitting dingers! And that’s what you do in this game. You hit the ball, hit it again and then hit it some more. If you like smacking baseballs read more.
Despite the article title there is zero kicking in this game. Only ninja stars. Lots and lots of ninja stars. It is very frightening though. And fairly confusing.
Avoid spikes so you can get down that tree. What’s at the bottom? Nobody knows…
Not to be confused with Frank Herbert’s sci-fi masterpiece, Dune is a fast paced side-scroller meets puzzle app game with simple controls but a learning curve steeper than a pyramid. Full disclosure, I am absolutely terrible at this game.
Do you like placing things on top of one another to see how high you can go until things topple over? Do you find the ever changing shapes Tetris both confusing and frustrating? If you said yes to both these questions, then Stack is for you!
Stack is an entertaining game of timing where the goal is to build the biggest stack of rectangles possible by tapping the screen exactly when the newest rectangle matches the top of your existing stack. With each miss, the edges of your stack are shaved off until you run out of room to keep building. Keep building as high as you can to earn in-game diamonds which unlock “cool” new stack designs.
Bump, set, spike! Oh wait, wrong sport.
Do you suffer from road rage but lack the inherent aggression to properly express it? Have you ever wanted to purposefully cause mayhem in a motor vehicle without any of the real life consequences? If so, Crazy Taxi Gazillionaire might be the game for you!
The popular SEGA classic has rolled out an app port and it’s just as crazy as its predecessors! While the goal of the game is to pick up passengers and drop them off at their destinations (like any good law abiding cabbie) the fun is all in the mayhem your fleet of taxis will cause as they recklessly drive around town looking for stunt ramps and jostling every pedestrian in sight.
